Our role is to assist Cities, Counties, Political Subdivisions and qualified not-for-profit corporations develop needed projects through the use of lease, lease-purchase and installment sales contract financing agreements. DIVERSIFIED MUNICIPAL FINANCE CORPORATION traces its municipal financing history back more than 40 years. Since that time, Diversified has provided build/finance and financial advisory services to many cities, counties, port authorities, park districts, airport authorities and other governmental agencies. The projects involved represented a range of projects normally financed using the traditional method of bond financing. Diversified, has had broad experience in combining the design, construction and financing of these varied projects. The result has allowed political subdivisions to devote their time and limited bond resources to other more traditional activities. |
